The Morgan County, Jacksonville, IL EMA (EMA) identifies hazards and vulnerabilities, whether natural or man made, within the corporate limits of Jacksonville/Morgan County and provides programs to eliminate or reduce the effects of such threats. The EMA coordinates the resources of City, County, State, and Federal agencies in response to any disaster event in an effort to mitigate the effects and speed the process of recovery from disasters for the citizens of Jacksonville/Morgan County.
