The TeleClinical Care - Stroke (TCC-Stroke) app is for use by patients enrolled in the TCC-Stroke research study. This study has been funded by NSW Health and is sponsored by the University of NSW. The TCC-Stroke app is designed to support patients who have recently been admitted with a stroke, or a Transient Ischaemic Attack (TIA).
