Diary survey for your choices

This app will run a diary survey on demand to assist users in recording their feelings about their healthcare choices. The questions are presented in random order to minimise order bias. The responses will be saved with the current timestamp in a data file on the device. The app enforces full completion of the survey by not allowing progress to the next question until the current question is answered. Navigation forward or back is achieved by tapping the next or back buttons or more simply, by swiping. You can answer as many surveys over as long a period as you want. You can export the respon…
