nRF Memfault connects to Devices supporting the Memfault Diagnostic Service, and then uploads their Data - Chunks in Memfault terminology - up to the Memfault Cloud. The Memfault Diagnostic Service, or MDS, is a special GATT service which can be used to connect to and enable Chunk streaming via Bluetooth Low Energy (LE).
