Spindle is simple to play... but you need to think ahead! The goal: make a chain of as many 4-letter words as possible, starting with a seed word and turning one letter spindle to create a new word. Sound easy? Not so fast! Spindles lock with each new word; as more spindles lock, there are fewer playable words. You must turn each spindle once, to unlock them all and start the cycle again. For example, you can play CAMP > CAME > COME > DOME > DONE. With DONE, all 4 spindles have been turned once; they unlock and the cycle starts again. But you can't play CAMP > DAMP > LAMP > RAMP, and so on. S…
