Rank Risk Matrix

Risk Matrix is Rank internal only tool and provides a platform to view customers who are “at risk” and shows them to be reviewed once they reach a risk threshold. As the user (a Rank employee) you can view all the information about the customer in question and decide whether the customer then needs an interaction, or whether their behaviour is normal and they don’t need an interaction.
