With Motion Tracking users are able to log heart rate and 6 specific arm movements using the HR and IMU sensors in Apple Watch. The app also has an Interaction feature that uses a visualisation controlled by your arm movement. The Log feature enables users to log 6 distinct arm and hand movements: - Shoulder abduction - Finger extension - Wrist extension - Hands behind head - Hands behind back - Punch the air Heart rate is also logged for research purposes.
