With falls being the number one cause of traumatic injuries in Palm Beach County, the Health Care District's (HCD) Prevent Falls PBC application is an interactive app developed to help reduce the incidence of injuries caused by falls. Thanks to an awarded federal grant supported by U.S. Rep.
