Mind Rhythm by Bone Conduction

Deflekt is an app that pairs with your iPhone/iPad and bone conduction headphones to deliver rhythmic vibrations to your skull at a tempo you create. By focusing on these pleasant vibrations, your attention is naturally diverted from other thoughts. This method applies a psychological phenomenon known as "Sensory Occupation," offering a new form of relaxation and concentration. ================ Safe Anytime — Your ears remain open ================ Because bone conduction earphones transmit vibrations without blocking your ears, you can hear your surroundings while using the app safely anytime…
