Osceola Electric Cooperative recently announced the release of the company’s phone app called Mobile Customer Access (MCA). This phone application provides the customer the ability to access their account 24 hours a day, seven days per week, 365 days per year. Utility customers may view balance information, make a payment, view statements and payment history for all accounts with one username.
