Jisui Reader is a simple macOS reader designed for reading scanned PDFs. Key Features • Two-page spread reading (supports right-to-left and left-to-right) • Automatic reading position saving with iCloud sync • Per-book margin (Trim) adjustment • PDF library management Just add your scanned PDFs and start reading right away. No account required. PDF files remain stored on your Mac. Note: iCloud sync only syncs your reading state. PDF files themselves are not synced.
