Tap once to log an item; tapping an item you already logged only shows a notice and changes nothing. Undoing takes a confirmed second tap. Record supplement names, dosages and up to three reminder times. Check each supplement once per day and review your calendar, 30-day daily check statistics, streak and remaining stock.
