Fulus shows live Libyan dinar parallel-market rates, for both cash and bank-transfer transactions. The cash rates screen lists the parallel-market rate against eight major currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, EGP, TND, SAR, and AED. Rates update in the app whenever the source moves. The bank rates screen shows the parallel-market rate by bank, used when payment is by bank transfer instead of cash. Banks are ranked by rate so you can compare at a glance.
