Each letter carries a numeric weight: A=1, B=2, … Z=26. Letters are scattered on the grid. Swap adjacent tiles to satisfy two conditions at once: Sum targets — Every row and column must match its target total Valid words — Every row must spell a real English word (some levels require column words too) Win only when both are true.
