InClinic is the patient check-in app by Heart for Health. Healthcare providers place it on a tablet in the waiting or reception area, so patients can check themselves in for their appointment when they arrive. HOW PATIENTS CHECK IN • Scan the QR code from the appointment confirmation, or • Enter a date of birth on the on-screen keypad.
