The ABG App is an educational analysis and learning tool for healthcare professionals and students with a relevant professional background. You enter a blood gas you have already obtained - by scanning the analyzer printout, pasting values, or typing them in - and the app shows how it is read: which acid-base disturbance the numbers describe, how the anion gap and compensation are calculated, which differential diagnoses the pattern is compatible with, and what cannot be determined from what was entered.
