Spatial thinking is a skill. Build yours. Most brain training can't honestly promise improvement. Spatial reasoning is the exception: Uttal's meta-analysis of 217 studies found that spatial training produces durable gains that transfer to new spatial tasks (effect size g ≈ 0.47).
