Dosely is a medication alarm, not another reminder. Ordinary pill apps send notifications, and notifications are silenced by Silent mode and by Focus. Dosely schedules a real system alarm, the same kind your Clock app uses, so it rings when it matters. WHY IT IS DIFFERENT Turn on Silent, switch on a Focus for work or for sleep, and ordinary reminders vanish. A Dosely alarm breaks through.
