EditLab Tracker is a fully featured music composition tool for the Mac. It uses a vertical MOD tracker interface, the style behind classic chiptune music, to sequence samples and notes: the song runs down the screen one row at a time, and you play notes straight from your keyboard. Built-in synth sounds, your own audio, a mixer with real meters, effect racks and automation are all in one window, so anything is possible. It also has a song splitter.
