Clear the parking bays

Cars are packed into layered parking groups. Tap an exposed car to move it into the waiting bays. When three cars of the same color arrive, they form a convoy and drive away. Every departure uncovers new vehicles underneath. Keep the bays available and send every car out to complete the board.
