You start with a garage roaster. One sack of green beans, one drum, and a first customer at the door. Roast & Flow turns roasting into a skill instead of a waiting bar. ROAST BY HAND Turn the drum, manage the burner and keep your rate of rise (RoR) inside the target corridor. Push too hard and you scorch the outside of the bean; go too soft and you never reach First Crack. How long you wait after the snap at 196°C decides the flavour. Every roast gets a grade: S, A, B, C.
