The AnthroCalcCP app uses the Life Expectancy Project's Cerebral Palsy Growth Charts [Brooks J, Day SM, Shavelle RM, Strauss DJ. Pediatrics 2011;128(2):e299–e307] and the LMS method [Wright CM, Reynolds L, Ingram E, Cole TJ, Brooks J. Dev Med Child Neurol 2017;59(9):933–938] to calculate percentiles and Z-scores for height, weight, and body-mass index (BMI) for children and youth ages 2 to 20 years, based on their gross motor function classification system (GMFCS) level.
