Gifted screenings don't test what a child has memorized. They test how a child reasons. Cub Climb builds that reasoning, a few short puzzles at a time, for children from kindergarten to grade 5 (ages 5 to 11). Up to grade 2, every puzzle is pictures, and the cub reads it aloud. WHAT IT COVERS The CogAT, CCAT-7, OLSAT 8 and NNAT 3 are the gifted tests North American schools use from kindergarten to grade 5, and CAT4 is their English equivalent.
