Turn the hexagon dial to pick Steep Sheet (A) or Ladle Arc (B), then tap the middle to start. Rounds get logged here. Steep Sheet: three leaf trays sit on the bench and a partly hidden tasting order sits above them. Swipe a tray: up adds 3 doses, right adds 2, down adds 1, and left skims 1 back.
