ustPlan keeps the Mac on one screen until today's list is written. When the list is in, you get the computer back. You choose 1 to 5 items a day. The first run starts at 3. Each item needs 2 to 80 characters. The menu bar shows how many are left. If the bar is too crowded to see the icon, click MustPlan in the Dock. That opens the Today window, where you check items off, add another, or change settings. The first launch is an ordinary window, and the Mac stays usable while you set it up.
