The ECP mobile application allows the user to remotely file a claim with their mobile device. Whether the device is a phone or a tablet device, you will have the same experience on filing a claim. The process is simple to use and notifies an ECP Claims representative right away. Once the mobile app is installed, just follow - Select from one of three claim options (Interior, Exterior or Key/Fob Claim) - Provide your Personal and Vehicle information - Select the options to fill in the information for you claim. - For Interior and Exterior Claims, you can supply up to 5 photos with your claim. …
