Have you ever struggled to figure out how many calories you will eat by just reading the nutrition labels? There is a lot of information on them, but it doesn't do you much good if the numbers don't mean anything. That's where Calorie Helper comes in. Serving sizes never match up with reality so the calories you are eating aren't represented properly.
