Transcarioca Trail is a long distance trail (180 km long) that cross the main chain of mountains in the city of Rio de Janeiro and six natural protected natural areas: • Grumari Municipal Natural Park; • Pedra Branca State Park; • Tijuca National Park; • Catacumba Municipal Natural Park; • Carioca Paisagem Municipal Natural Park; • Pão de Açucar and Urca Hills Natural Monument.
