About this app “Okamisan recipes” is the series of fish recipes written by the woman who was a fish peddler based in a fishing port called Sajima in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Originally, the recipes were serialized in the Kanagawa Shimbun, a local newspaper in Kanagawa Prefecture, and then the book of the fish recipe was published because they had been so popular. We have created the application software, “Okamisan recipes” because we want a wide range of generations, especially growing children to eat healthy fish dishes, and we also want them to feel more familiar with fish…
