PQT-Health is to facilitate members who have acquired health cover. Usually Member has to request for the status of his/her policy from Pak Qatar Family Takaful. Now individual member can have instant access to all necessary information related to his/her policy. Member shall get himself registered through Registration Form. A unique Verification Code will be allocated and forwarded to him through his email addresses or SMS on the contact as available in the record.
