Since guests have registered themselves using the Invitado Visitor Management registration system and received their badge on entrance; scanning the badge (e.g. QR code) is enough to create a reference to the guest. No need for exchanging business cards, writing down names etc. The App displays the guest details, just enter a short description and/or remarks. This App supports a multi-user environment, guests scanned by colleagues are shared across devices.
