The app "Deutsch-Tibetisches Wörterbuch" is a joint project of Monlam Tibetan IT Research Center (India) and the Tibet Institute Rikon (Switzerland). The wordlist is based on the German-Tibetan Dictionary, written by Losang Tenzin Mantö and published by the Tibet Institute Rikon. The dictionary offers over 15’000 German-Tibetan translations. The majority of these words are used in everyday life of the Tibetan society within the German language area.
