MoTER Remodel

MoTER Remodel was designed to assist individuals to remotely manage their diabetes care. The system is comprised of a smartphone app, a Bluetooth-enabled glucose meter, a clinician portal, and a decision support tool. The app enables users to upload their BGL readings automatically via Bluetooth or via manual entry to the clinician portal via the internet.
