The Rapid Geriatric Assessment Clinic (RGA Clinic) app is developed to screen older adults in healthcare setting or community for frailty, sarcopenia, dementia and anorexia of ageing with assisted management. It also includes a screening tool to evaluate caregiver’s well-being. Traditional comprehensive geriatric assessment takes about 45 minutes and require a geriatrician.
