DISC Personality Test

The DiSC is a behavioural self-assessment tool derived from the DISC theory of emotion and behaviour, which was developed by the psychologist William Moulton Marston.Marston's theory focuses on four major personality traits: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Stability (S) and Compliance (C).
