For the past number of years the pharmacy department in Our Ladys Childrens Hospital in Crumlin have been publishing their formulary guidelines for paediatric prescribing. This publication has been used by a wide range of medical staff, predominantly within the hospital itself. With iPhones reaching mass penetration in Ireland, the decision was made to launch the app to the digital space, predominantly on iPhone. All the usual sections of the Formulary have been retained.
