“SUPPORT+” is an initiative of the Department of Clinical Oncology, LKS Faculty of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong. “SUPPORT+” aims to support advanced cancer patients and their families in the local community – in the form of a mobile app. “+” can literally mean ‘families’, ‘positivity’, and ‘extra’ in Chinese. “SUPPORT+” aims to support cancer patients and their families by - helping them live positively even if their illness is incurable, - positively influencing their course of illness. - letting them have extra resources at their disposal.
