The SQUATX Exercise App accompanies your SmithShaper® or SmithShaper-like exercise device and quickly and easily create your daily exercise routine. The app provides you with the full control necessary to target specific body muscles, configure your personal workout timer settings, and run and re-run your own custom Workout-of-the-Day (WoD) variations. Your SQUATX APP WoD can be as easy or as difficult as you want it to be.
