This app is called the Hakha Chin Language Spelling Matrix (HCLSM) produced by the Literature and Culture Department of Lai Baptist Church (LBC), Yangon, Myanmar. H.D. Lian Irh Cin had an idea to invent this Spelling Matrix in 1973 and Salai Bawi Ṭha Thawng managed to carry out his work, then accomplished the production of the HCLSM in 2023.
