As of June 15th 2022, new stipulations in Part L of Building Regulations are coming into effect. This update will require photographs to be taken for each dwelling on a development during the construction process. The photographs will be made available to the energy assessor and the building control. This is a business app. As an independent energy assessor, Abbey Consultants is creating an app which will allow our clients to easily take photographs of the dwellings on their sites.
