IM-HEALTHY is a programme by Lions Befrienders to promote preventive health through empowering seniors and their next of kin with information of their health vital signs and measurements. These vital measurements include blood pressure, heart rate, weight, BMI, bone mass, muscle mass and body fat. To achieve this, the seniors are provided with a blood pressure machine and body composition weighing scale.
