With this app you can answer and set up questionnaires. Each question consists of a sentence or even just a single word, as well as an optional picture and soundtrack. You can add a picture using your camera or search for one on the Internet. You can also record the soundtrack or select it from the music library. And you can add a colored frame! The questionaire is presented in a table or a grid. Touching the question toggles between the possible answers, a long-press will open a menu to select the answer.
