I’d reposition it around The Pantry as a full café and restaurant brand, rather than mainly a coffee app. The website emphasises home-cooked food, all-day breakfasts, fresh bakes, pancake stacks, iced drinks and The Pantry’s own roasted coffee, while locations also promote Click & Collect and gift cards.
