Pressure Noted is an app that allows users to monitor blood pressure using a simple input form. Track your blood pressure data by filling mandatory fields: -Systolic blood pressure -Diastolic blood pressure -Pulse (optional). -Date & Hour of measure. You can also enable additional features to your records by using toggle buttons: -Note - this button will allow you to attach a note with a brief information about how you feel. -Alert - this function will mark your record with a red bell icon.
