Fun puzzle in 2½ dimensions

Arrange a grid of tiles into the correct order by spinning wheels to swap the tile positions. It's part Rubik's Cube, part 15-Slider, part Wordle. Imagine taking a solved Rubik's Cube and shuffling it with five random moves. Now you know that it can be solved in five by reversing those moves. Par Score puzzles are like that.
