Worktivity Desktop records your work hours, activity level and app usage on your Mac, so nobody has to fill in a timesheet from memory. It is the desktop agent for Worktivity, so you need a Worktivity account that belongs to an organization to use it. What gets recorded is decided by your organization's settings, and the app shows you that list before your first shift starts. The app lives in the menu bar.
