Engineering Site Tool for Immediate Metrics Across Terrains and Environments – Horizontal Construction (ESTIMATE - HC) ESTIMATE - HC is a mobile calculation tool for Navy and Marine Corps horizontal construction estimation. It can estimate a wide array of vehicle and logistic metrics with minimal input required. The app also features an augmented reality (AR) 3D model viewer mapped to physical space for estimating maintenance site layouts.
