Maintenance superviser : - Can create and update ticket for the customer, - Assign engineer to ticket, - manage all the ticket and engineer. Service technician : - complete the ticket, - fill the service report and submit, - A pdf report will be generated after submitting. Both roles can view the already completed ticket details and the service report in pdf format.
