As per the Foreign Trade Policy, APEDA is accredited to register all contracts and issue Registration-cum-Allocation Certificate (RCAC) for the export of Basmati Rice. The new mobile app developed by APEDA enables the registered exporters to apply for Basmati Rice RCAC. It will also allow the registered exporters/stakeholders to easily obtain the e-services, just by filling and submitting obligatory documents for the issuance of RCAC for Basmati Rice.
