The HAP member benefits app will enable secure access to certain member benefit information specific to a members’ health plan. For additional benefit information not provided by the HAP member benefits app, members may visit the HAP Member Portal at hap.org/login. The following are features of the HAP member benefits app available to HAP members: ID Card: members can digitally view their ID cards for all active plans.
